Description: Meerts style beer is a table or field beer, a low alcohol offering traditionally made with second running lambic wort. Modern day meerts’ have their own dedicated brewday, with scaled down grists to achieve the lower alcohol for the style. MINUTEMAN is light, slightly tart, and very approachable. Meant to be drank in the summer months, we recommend enjoying immediately, but aging this beer will yield interesting results.
