Nasce a fine estate per darle il tempo di fermentare con calma e affinarsi in bottiglia per un lungo periodo così da presentarsi pronta ad esprimere tutti i suoi complessi profumi aromatici. Il bouquet è caratterizzato dall’uso della liquirizia percepibile al naso e piacevolmente presente in bocca dove si ritrovano le piacevoli note di questa radice. Il profilo si completa con aromi di frutta secca, biscotto, cioccolato a cui si aggiunge un profumo agrumato di mandarino ottenuto dall’infusione a freddo di luppolo. Una birra per scaldare il cuore e appagare i sensi, perfetta per brindare durante le feste e da abbinare ai dolci natalizi e al cioccolato fondente.
