Description: Our brewers brewed a 15 barrel batch of Falstaff and split it into three smaller batches, each treated differently in the fermenter. Hotspur was fermented with the same yeast we use to make Thunder Funk. It was also dry-hopped following the same regimen as Thunder Funk, essentially making it a West Coast Extra Special Bitter. Enjoy a full pour or try it alongside Falstaff, Hal, and Thunder Funk.
