Description: London Fog IPA and Cry Havoc IPA began their lives in the same boil kettle. After cooling, the wort was sent to two separate fermenters where they each received a unique yeast strain and a unique dry hop. For this particular beer, we used a yeast strain called Cry Havoc (hence the name of the beer) and we aggressively dry hopped it with Simcoe.
