Description: Rye Indian pale ale, brewed with 15% rye and a good amount of rich crystal and caramalts to give balance to the Hop profile. Floral and fruity on the nose bursting from American hops, backed up by a full bodied malt profile, giving rich toffee and caramel notes. Given the beer has a high amount of hops added into it during the brewing process, it finishes quite bitter. Malts used- Australian pale malt, rye malt, caramalt, crystal malt, Munich malt, caramunich, dark wheat. Hops used- (US) Simcoe, Amarillo, Willamette. (AUS) Galaxy, Ella & Vic Secret
