Description: We tested out some new equipment and some new processes with our new double IPA. Hop Pun is brewed with nearly 50% oats and wheat, exclusively whirlpool hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe, run through a hopback with whole leaf Azacca hops, dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe, and then DOUBLE dry hopped with even more Simcoe. Fluffy, creamy mouthfeel with big citrus and tropical fruit aromas and even a hint of vanilla. It tastes like a creamsicle! -we got a very low yield with this batch due to the high dry hopping rates and some technical difficulties *sniff* while learning how to use our new equipment. Because of this we are only filling 32oz growlers. No 64oz fills.-
