Description: Our Dry Irish Stout, Gutshot, brewed with a single origin Ethiopian Sidamo ARDI coffee. This beer pours dark and has aroma and flavor notes of roasted coffee, subtle blueberry and dried fruit notes. These floral and subtle fruity notes originate from the coffee beans which are grown exclusively in the Sidamo Province of Ethiopia. The name is inspired by a famous stone in a fantasy fiction novel that produces the Elixir of Life and can transform any metal into gold. After brewing this beer our fermentation vessel turned into gold and the brewer lived on for six centuries with his best buddy, Nicholas Flamel.
