Description: Eremita VI is the latest entry in our line of barrel-aged sours available only in the Avery Tap Room. Some of these experiments were blends of different beers from different barrels, and some were a single beer to which we added fruits or spices. In this case, we had the perfect palette: a 7% ABV blonde barrel-aged sour with a nice lactic tang and an earthy Brettanomyces aroma. After weeks of trying out different fruits, we decided to add key limes. This key lime-infused sour beer is sure to bring tropical thoughts to your chilly autumn days!
