Description: KERF is a Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout & Barleywine blend conditioned on double vanilla. We dipped into our Barrel House to take a few of our favorite barrel-aged beers from the past two years that have been developing beautifully, and used them to create a whole new blend. From our Barrel House we hand selected two Bourbon BA Stouts, two Apple Brandy BA Stouts, and two Bourbon BA Barleywines, to blend together. Once blended, we racked the new batch into Maple Bourbon Barrels to rest for an additional 12 months. The resulting batch was split to make Kerf and one other of our Anniversary beers. For Kerf, we added double our average amount of Madagascar & Tahitian Vanilla Beans for an incredibly soft mouthfeel. We get notes of marshmallo
