Description: Pink Boots Apricot Gose is a delicately tart brew, boiled with Azacca hops, coriander seeds & pink Himalayan sea salt. To compliment tartness from the lactobacillus, we then added apricot puree to the actively fermenting beer. This gose is classy, yet crush-able, finishing dry with hints of apricot.
