Description: Brewed in collaboration with our good friend Scott Ciampa at Evil Czech Brewing in South Bend, IN. Our same great Ninja Porter with Carolina reaper Peppers added post fermentation then aged on French Oak. Just the right amount of heat up front with a bit lingering after the finish, with subtle oak notes to compliment. Malts:Marris Otter, Chocolate, Oats, Honey malt, C-60, Roasted Barley and Cara Pils Hops: Northern Brewer
