Description: A perfect summer sipper for those funky enough to imbibe. It’s dank, earthy, and has peach aromas in the nose with hints of lemon and grass. Light bodied on the palette and slightly tart. The unripened peach notes lead into a mildly sweet, biscuit finish. HISTORY Pêchés En Regalia began its life cycle as our beloved Ypsi Gypsi Pale Ale. It was inoculated and aged for twelve months before we added a healthy dose of sliced peaches for a secondary fermentation. Fourteen months later we have a satisfyingly tart, refreshing aged pale ale with enough wild funk to make Frank Zappa nod his head to this ale homage.
