Description: Apple & Cassis Saison It is a well-known fact that trolls have been roaming the Norwegian wilderness for centuries. Greatly feared by humans, who believed them to be flesh-eating wild creatures. Little did they know that the trolls were herbivores and that their diet mainly revolves around apples and blackcurrants. In collaboration with The Wild Beer Co, we brewed a beer as a tribute to these often-misunderstood mystical creatures. This Saison is jam-packed with local aromatic apples and tart blackcurrants and more resembles a dry fruit beer than a Saison.
