Description: When it came to settle on our Pale Ale recipe, the trendy thing is to pack them full of imported or exciting new ‘fruity hop’ varieties. We tend not to be swayed by fashions down here in Otago, so we took a step back and let the strength of traditional Kiwi brewing do its thing. With local and international medals to its name the idea here is that you get the full flavour of NZ’s traditional hop and malt varietals with a burst of youthful vigour.
