Description: White Squall is a Northern English Brown Ale. It starts with a nice backbone of 2-Row Pale and Crystal malt. Next we add a healthy dose of Chocolate malt to give this beer a rich, toasted cocoa flavor. We use the classic English hop East Kent Goldings as our bittering hop and Crystal as our finishing hop to give White Squall its light floral aroma to mix well with the chocolatey accents. Now to up the flavor profile we throw in a couple of pounds of one of the finest chocolates around, Ghirardelli White Chocolate. White Squall weighs in at a respectful ABV of 6.2% and a medium range for style of 25 IBUs.
