Description: We took our Devious Imperial Pumpkin Ale and made it darker – with bourbon. Between the 9% ABV, the spices on the tip of your tongue, and the aroma of the bourbon, this ale is sure to warm you up! Imperial Pumpkin Ales are still deceptively mild, with a malty backbone that’s balanced by the additional alcohol. Pours a frothy dark ruby color and a malty complex nose of pumpkin pie with notes of cardamom cookies and nutmeg. Flavors translate from the aroma and deepen with vegetal notes from the squash, toffee, cola syrup, and bourbon. Full body with a long lasting warm flavor.
