Description: Woodside is a Saison/Farmhouse ale with a local difference. Brewed using the Finnish Sahti method, which adds juniper branches to the lauter tun, except in this case locally sourced Manuka leaves were used. Woodside was fermented with a Saison/Belgian yeast blend to produce a spicy, herbal, earthy and slight medicinal aroma and flavour with a dry, slightly acidic finish.
