Description: A traditional Flemish beer style. Le Grange was fermented with a blend of wild yeasts and bacteria, namely Lactobacillus. Aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels. Reddish-orange in color, this beer has notes of vanilla, caramel and offee on teh nose blend with tart fruit flavors. Slightly sour, dry finish.
