Description: Malts - American 2-row, Crystal, Munich Hops - Simcoe, Cascade Full bodied and a deep amber tone. Our flagship IPA is bursting with fruity hop character, balanced by a rich, silky body with a dry finish. The Simcoe hop makes it’s distinct presence known prominent pine and passionfruit notes. This beer may have a bit more body and texture than some West Coast IPA’s.. but we sure do make up for it by adding as many fruity aroma hops as is responsible. (or maybe just a bit more)
