Description: He strikes again! Me...So Mosiac is the second in the series of hoppy creations brewed by the recluisive Dr. Danekstein, aka “Dankey,” the grand master of all things hoppy. Brewed with an abundant amount of Mosaic hops, this creation exhibits a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, herbal, earthy and pine characteristics with a not-so-Pale, dry, yet malty, backbone. Dankey Says, “Drink it fresh, but not too cold.” The flavors really pop at 40-45F.
