Style: Mead - Melomel
Description: Blueberry Mead with Natural Flavors aged in Bourbon Barrels This iteration of Blueberry Pancake is certainly different from our last batch. We increased the amount of blueberries used for this batch, and also switched over our maple source from a dark robust out of Vermont in favor of B&E’s trees out of Wisconsin. However, we feel the largest change is the use of Vanilla Beans from Costa Rica. A massive whipped cream/vanilla profile lingers throughout the mid/late palate. This batch is bigger and bolder all around, with a slight uptick in Cinnamon usage as well. It is extremely rich and decadent, and the kiss of barrel only amps those flavors up further. Release 1/4/2022
