Description: In 2018 we took a blend of many different peach and nectarines, all sub-acid white flesh varietals. This was towards the end of the 2018 season and my notes get a bit sketchy at that point. We refermented the fruit with a bunch of spelt saison, and then barreled it all back down. In 2019 we took more of the same varietals and refermented the beer again before bottling it. This blend includes Diamond Princess nectarines, Diamond Pearl nectarines, White Lady peaches, Arctic Belle nectarines, Snow Giant peaches, Snow White nectarines, Snow King peaches and more...
