Description: Curiosity Seventy Four finds us returning to the heavily-oated approach that we utilized for much of the Sixties, this time featuring Citra and Amarillo in the hop bill. This combination has resulted in many of our favorite beers to date, and this time is no different! Coupled with the oats and a carefully stressed fermentation profile, a bounty of tropical esters pair beautiful with the citrusy onslaught from the hops. We smell and taste pulpy orange juice, ripe apricot, loquat, dank hop oils, and red grapefruit. Though packed with flavor, it is still approachable and delicious all the way through the glass.
