Description: First and foremost, I'd like to announce our collaboration with the Vermont Pub and Brewery - Vermont Spruce Tip IPA! This beer was brewed in memory of Greg Noonan, who created the first VT spruce tip ale back in 1990 at VPB, of which I was an early fan and inspired me to make at least one spruce beer a year. Our friends at VPB, Steve Polewacyk, Russ Fitzpatrick, and Tommy Noonan joined in the fun to pick new spring growth spruce tips, brew the beer, and just on Monday we bottled it with a special label!
