Description: A 12% Belgian Quadrupel/Belgian Strong Dark Ale aged in freshly emptied Port & Shiraz (ex Mt Langi Ghiran) barrels. The Druid is as arcane and eldritch as the name suggests. Dark malt sweetness combines with raisin, fig and plum from the wine barrel ageing process to form an extremely smooth and dangerously easy drinking beer. Subtle berries from the wine and a plesant balancing oak tannin. Pure decadence!
