Description: If we were legally allowed to describe this beer as “diet” we probably would. It's a decidedly less turbid version of our (otherwise intentionally hazy) New England-style “Juicy” IPA. It features the same protein-rich grains, same hops, minimal bitterness and yeast strain with the specific enzymes capable of bio-transformation of hop glycosides (translation: what makes the hops so dang juicy) but, unlike the Juicy IPA, utilises our typical clarification methods to significantly reduce the haze-forming compounds - resulting in noticeably different dry hop character and overall perception of flavour, aroma and mouthfeel. It's like Fruit Cup cordial but with less sugar and more hops.
