Description: Our first beer drawing from a base most closely inspired by Lambic that features 100% red raspberries. In this circumstance, we fermented and aged spontaneous beer in freshly emptied Port barrels. After reaching maturity, we blended beers with a minimum age of one year in barrel, and an average age of approximately 18 months, and refermented the blend with fresh Oregon red raspberries. Conditioned naturally, and deliciously ready to be enjoyed.
