Description: Pallbearer is a new, very special imperial stout. We specifically designed Pallbearer to be the thickest, richest, most complex imperial stout we could possibly create. We used the most malt we’ve ever brewed with for one beer, with the most complex blend of speciality/dark malts, and threw every trick in the book at it to produce the most viscous wort possible. We also designed this beer to spend an extended period of time in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Pallbearer ended up spending 15 months in barrels. Clocking in at 13.5%, Pallbearer is pack with notes of brownie batter, Hershey Syrup, mocha latte, low proof bourbon, black strap molasses, brown sugar cubes, and maple candies.
