Description: This second Tired Hands Believer's Club bottle represents the marriage of community, local agriculture, and our brewing sensibilities. It is a simple four grain saison fermented in one of our large oak foudres with our Magickal Saison yeast. It was then refermented atop heaps of Yellow Bartlett and Bosc pears grown by our dear friend Ben Wenk of Three Springs Fruit Farm. Conditioned in the bottle for nine months at the brewery before its release.
