Description: Wow, these unfrutied blends have me in my feelings. This reminds me of some of the first dry hopped farmhouse beers we did back in the day. As mentioned in previous months, we've dialed back the dry hopping in our beers to let the base shine through a bit more at the beginning of the blend's life. This 2 barrel blend has a big body, moderate acidity and is super tropical in flavor and aroma. The Lotus hops don't steal the show at all, very balanced. Lemon. No hop bite, straight citrus.
