Description: Anchoress is our Flanders-Style Red Ale aged in oak barrels on cherries. Anchoress was fermented and aged entirely in red wine barrels from a small producer in Woodinville, WA. After a year in oak, half of the batch was aged on Montmorency cherries for 3 months, and then blended back into the original batch before bottling.
