Description: KAA ME HAA ME HAAAAAA! We’ve turned the power level of our brewhouse to OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND. Saisons are traditionally brewed in cooler months ready for the sunny days of spring and summer. So during a wet March we got to work on something that would be perfect for when the sun finally comes out. A classic Wallonian saison develops earthy, peppery notes in fermentation. Kaffir Lime leaves and Lemon verbena give the beer a big whack of citrus, which is supercharged by three mega-citrussy hops. A truly Super Saison!
