Description: Loose Affiliation of Fort Collins Craft Brewers (LAFCCB) 2015 Collaboration Brew for American Craft Beer Week. Each brewery picked a special ingredient and had to use that ingredient for all 3 different collab brews. For the collab that we hosted and brewed here at 1933, we had Pateros Creek and CB&Potts; on our team. Pateros Creek’s ingredient was Mushrooms. CB& Pott’s was Golden Naked Oats. Ours was Peaches. We bought local mushrooms (shitake and cinnamon cap) from Hazel Dell Mushrooms and grilled them. We added the golden naked oats in the mash, the mushrooms in the boil, and the peaches during fermentation. Hops: Galaxy Malt: Pale, Munich, Caramalt, Crystal 40, Golden Naked Oats
