Description: A 100% Brett-fermented ale aged in chardonnay barrels. This is the first beer to come out of our budding barrel program, so we wanted to make sure it was a funky one. Astral Weeks spent five months in chardonnay barrels before being bottled, which led to a medley of fruity, funky, and oaky flavors. This is a beer meant to be sipped, savored, and pondered over.
