Description: Brewed with 1.5 lbs/bbl of locally roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee Beans. The aroma is rich and deep with chocolate notes followed by the roasted coffee on the back end. The initial flavor is big with dark roasted coffee transitioning smoothly into a refreshingly floral flavor. The Yirgacheffe bean is known for its natural citrus notes of lemon (a common additive to traditional espresso!) which help keep this big, bold brew inspiritingly bright and not too heavy! Brewed with the help of local Veterans, 10% of all proceeds go to the Semper Fi Fund to help our Veterans!
