Description: Brewed in October 2015, Native Four is a spelt country beer. Primary fermented with yeasts of Belgian origin, Native Four rested for eight months in oak with our house culture of native microflora, Brettanomyces, and lactic acid bacteria. We naturally conditioned this beer for an additional four months in the bottle to produce a characterful yet controlled and refreshing tartness accompanied by a soft acidity. All our brettanomyces country beers are lively, and effervescent. Please chill, open cold and enjoy as they warm in the glass.
