Description: Our Imperial Pumpkin Ale begins with local Ohio pumpkins from Jacquemin Farms which are smoked in our kitchen before being added to the mash alongside heritage English barley. We then add cinnamon, ginger root, nutmeg, and ancho chili peppers to the brew. After later aging on vanilla bean and pecan wood, we finish off this Imperial Pumpkin Ale with a year of aging in Watershed bourbon barrels. Enjoy in cold weather, at the Thanksgiving table, your next bottle share, or any other time when flavor must rule the day.
