Description: Cave's "evolved" Dunkel Munich style lager using a mix of crystal and dark malts giving it a nice biscuit flavor with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Hopped with American Cascade and a pure yeast strain from Weihenstephan, Germany. While this beer blatantly breaks with an all German grain/hop bill and searches for it's identity among style, it will beckon you for "just once more taste". Very approachable and highly sessionable! Hard to stop at one. Cheers!
