Description: Given the small batch nature of our old Victorian brewery we have the means to develop and brew a wide range of recipes featuring an abundance of new styles of cereals and hops. We have long been impressed by the crisp and refreshing character of the cereal Rye and with the combination of Pilgrim hops with our other ingredients and the famous Theakston yeast strain, we have created a full bodied, spicy brew using as the principal cereal, the hardy Rye plant which we know will delight our customers!
