Description: A blend of two different Brett saisons, one brewed with spelt, and the other with rye. One of the two had Lactobacillus contributing to it as well, which accounts for that pleasant soft tartness of the final product. This conditioned for a few months already, letting the yeast-y characteristics develop to their full potential. As an extra flourish, Rara Avis was also dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy.
